System of Care Council
The Joint System of Care (SOC) and Project LAUNCH Council provides a platform for parents and providers in the St. Louis community to come together to better coordinate and collaborate region-wide on issues concerning families and mental health across multiple systems.
The Council guides the work of two federally funded (SAMHSA) initiatives, Project LAUNCH and The System of Care – Children’s Mental Health Initiative (SOC-CMHI). This work would not be possible without strong collaboration. Together, we are able to more fully serve the St. Louis region. Contact Jawana Hammonds at jhammonds@visionforchildren.org to join.
Learn more about Project LAUNCH here and System of Care here.

Family Summit
Join us for a Family Summit featuring expert speakers on mental health, parenting, supporting teens, wellness, and much more! Lunch will be provided and we will hear from Plenary Speaker Dr. Vetta Thompson. Contact Jawana Hammonds to learn more and RSVP at jhammonds@visionforchildren.org.

Children's Mental Health Annual Celebration
Join us for an outdoor Family Fun Event celebrating Children’s Mental Health and Well-Being—a day filled with activities, music, food trucks, entertainment, community resources, giveaways, and inspiring youth presentations from our Youth Advisory Council. These young leaders are advocating for mental well-being, making a difference for themselves and their peers.

Vitality Cafes
Vitality Cafés grew out of the Parent Café experience that parents have come to love (originally designed by parent leaders from Strengthening Families Illinois, learn more here).
Vitality Cafés, or the Journey to Vitality, is focused on ensuring individuals are well. We cover six domains of well-being: Environmental Vitality; Financial Vitality; Mental Vitality; Physical Vitality; Social Vitality; and Spiritual Vitality. A thriving parent can be their best self for their children and the community!
