Turn the Page STL, a committee of the St. Louis Regional Early Childhood Council, is St. Louis’ first-ever, city-county wide literacy initiative with the purpose to ensure all children in our region are reading and or above grade level by the end of third grade.  Our work is aligned and measured, based on the Campaign for Grade-Level Reading, which includes school readiness, school attendance, summer learning and grade-level reading.
